Clyde Bergemann have improved the conventional cleaning method to an innovative and intelligent cleaning technique.

With intelligent heating surface cleaning (Intelligent Sootblowing „ISB“) the cleaning procedure is optimised with regards to the following parameter:

• Cost efficiency
• Optimised cleaning intensity
• Selection of cleaning area according to actual demand

The optimising systems FACOSTM for the combustion chamber and CEOSTM for the convection area allow individual heating surface cleaning according to the continuously changing operation conditions of the steam generator due to the fuel.

By using ISB an optimised operation method will be achieved:
