Our service organisation provides a global service to customers. With a large number of field-service specialists and service workshops at various locations we are constantly available to provide support and service to our customers.
Our inspection service concentrates on shortening the duration of inspection and our prime target to minimize the inspection costs through an optimized inspection process. As
the inspection costs are determined to a notable extent by the time spent with the activities
in the plant, it is our objective to keep the inspection process as short as possible and
increase at the same time the availability of the "on-load“ cleaning facilities. The experience
acquired in our other plants with similar or identical activities is consistently used
so that a continuous improvement process is triggered.
As well as the inspection service, we are available any time for non-scheduled special assignments. As an efficient service partner we are able to react quickly and competently in such cases and thus limit time and cost. Our experienced specialist staff warrant quality service. |
