These deposits lead to dispersion of the water jet and, as a result, cause considerable impairment of the jet quality. In addition the jet is often deflected from its intended target by up to 3 feet.

With Clyde Bergemann’s Smart Nozzle the quality of the blowing jet is automatically and continuously monitored by means of the integrated special sensor and the evaluation unit.
The condition of the nozzle is clearly displayed to the operator and its replacement suggested when necessary. Also, remote diagnostic of the nozzle status is available through Clyde Bergemann.
